The Fruit + Gourmet Cheese Display is a very popular choice for guests as a 'go-to' appetizer option. It includes a mixture of domestic cheeses, fresh, seasonal fruits, and an assortment of in-house made crackers. It's cohesively edible with other appetizers, and easy for guests to eat as both are normally served on small wooden skews.

This is one of our favorite hors devours by far! Crafted by the chef at G's Catering, this is their signature Toasted Coconut & Maple Chicken Beignets in Mini Waffle Cones. These are “One-Bite” Size cuts of Chicken Breast dipped in Waffle Batter and Toasted Coconut, fried till Golden Brown then tossed in Our Maple and Coconut Sauce served in Mini Savory Waffle Cones. They are delicious and always a huge hit with guests and clients alike!

Aside from the signature cocktails and extensive beer lists that we often see at cocktail hours, there's another uber local + on the rise trend taking over the wedding world: mobile coffee bars. Mint Springs Farm has a long partnership with a local coffee company, The Proverbial Cup, to offer clients this specialty option! The Proverbial Cup provides a barista, a commercial espresso machine, and a specially equipped espresso cart. Past clients have selected custom crafted lattes, mochas, and other specialty coffee drinks as available non-alcoholic options for their guests. From the coffee elite to first timer, this an ideal option for guests, giving everyone a caffeine boost for the dancefloor later!

This is a salad dedicated to the native Nashvillian's and the destination weddings as well! This is G Catering's "Nashville Salad." This delish salad has all farm fresh ingredients including Roasted Corn, Purple Cabbage, Carrots, Kale, Peppers, Green Beans tossed in Light Vinaigrette. Yes, it's seriously as good as it sounds!

Another one of G Catering's infamous appetizer choices! These are their Brie + Biscuits. These bite size options are Mini Rosemary Biscuits with whipped Brie, Moonshine Poached Apples, Local Sweet Onion Jam and Arugula.
