Details :: Lush Greenery + Gilded Golden Design

For Evan + Jamie's day-of design, the goal was to complement and enhance the venue with the help of our floral team's design expertise, incorporating the ample greenery and gorgeous natural surroundings in an elegant way. Overflowing floral, golden hues, and dramatic candle light all lent themselves to the euphoric evening. We placed deconstructed table arrangements to add a whimsical touch, and created an ethereal balance with each place setting. Our favorite detail? Using moss to hand craft their show-stopping monogram initial that was thoughtfully placed behind the sweetheart table. From the hanging teardrop candelabras to the chandeliers suspended over each farm table, this wedding design is inviting, inspirational, and idyllic. The result is effortless romance meets dramatic simplicity in the most stunning way, all photographed to perfection.. | Photos by Jordan and Alaina Photography

The top corners of the ceremony altar were draped with overflowing greenery, then placed going across the top, and trailing down a bit on each side. The tiered lanterns were placed at the base with greenery and floral adorned on each lantern. Floral pew markers were suspended in glass hobnail jars on the reserved pews only, while tall grey lanterns were placed at every other pew along the aisle.

All we had to do was bring in the little touches that would complement all that was already going on, keeping a neutral color palette for the most part, and adding some strong pops of color to catch the eye, as seen with the floral accents on the cake and on their sweetheart table backdrop. Softness, simplicity, and delicate details were all in mind when thinking of the ambiance, tabletop, linens, and overall inviting inspiration. We knew that the bit of adventure and personality would come across in larger elements such as in the overall floral design, but also in the smaller details as well like the small golden votives, the varying heights of candelabras, and custom calligraphy place cards.

Their DIY photo booth and kids table were too cute not to include! We especially love the idea of the kids table, complete with kid friendly gift bags, crayons, candy, and card making supplies for the new Mr. and Mrs!
