Late Spring is such a good time of year for a wedding; with the soft sunshine and cool, colorful vibes it never disappoints. Now add to that a stunning Bride and an alfresco wedding with fresh twists on tradition and you get this gorgeous day. Planning, design, decor, and floral by our Mint Springs Farm staff, their day-of details include a natural palette with highlighted pops of coral, hanging candelabras, and guests dining on a delicious Southern style buffet meal. A huge part of the success of their wedding was how personal and customized every element was. The guest book was a piece of barn wood cut into the shape of Tennessee with the shape of Connecticut placed in the middle. The beautiful wooden boards were painted in two tones that seamlessly matched their décor of their wedding design. On the day of the wedding, guests were directed to write their well-wishes and sign their names, to serve not only as the guestbook but also as a keepsake for the couple. Another element helped to complement the whimsical vibe with their personalized contributions of the gilded golden “Mr and Mrs” signs, among many other glam featured pieces that decorated the reception barn on the day of the wedding. Placed at each seat for every guest, was a thank you card to all of their family + friends who had supported them and came to celebrate their love for one another.
