Meet Our Planners
Kesha serves as both our office manager as well as a Wedding Planner. While earning her degree in theatre, Kesha worked part time at a local wedding venue where she realized her passion for weddings. With her degree in theatre and production, planning the details and logistics for a wedding come naturally to her.
Kesha’s love for organization, positive outlook, and anything that can be planned, shines in her personality. One of her goals is to always be the type of person that makes other people smile, to not miss a single detail of the day, and to help the wedding dreams of Mint Springs Farm clients come true.
When Kesha is not planning a wedding, she loves being with her husband Dean, being outdoors; whether it is camping, hiking or fishing. But her new favorite pastime is spending time being a new mother to her sweet baby girl...ELLA!
Her favorite part of the wedding….”The moment right before I send the bride down the aisle. Her face is priceless.”
Upon graduating from the University of Tennessee, Jamie worked at Furman University assisting with weddings and events. This is where her fascination turned into a deep desire to be involved in the industry as a planner. Wanting to return to Nashville where she grew up, Jamie became part of our MSF team.
Jamie believes in getting to know her couples personally. She builds a strong relationship with her couples, gaining their trust and confidence in her ability to execute their day flawlessly and stress-free. Jamie becomes delighted, (and by this we mean giggles) by the tiniest of details and the grandest of gestures. She feeds off of her couples’ energy, happiness and their love. A wedding, after all, is just the start of a couple’s forever, and she is thrilled to be a part of this process with you!
When Jamie isn't planning a wedding, she enjoys reading, making people laugh…it’s her favorite past time, drinking wine while crafting, spending time with her family, playing games and traveling.
Her favorite part of the day….”My favorite moment of the day is when the most important detail of the couple’s day happens. It could be surprise fireworks, their first dance they have choreographed, or a the dedication to their parents that they have planned. It solidifies the event and brings the whole group together. I love to see the bride and groom basking in their happiness with their families and closest friends.”

Sarah is a native of Nashville and a true southern girl at heart whose love for celebrations and events started in high school where she was in charge of anything from homecoming floats to prom. With her passion for style and beautiful surroundings, Sarah has always been the go-to person for planning parties and events for her friends.
Sarah’s love for the tiny details and general excitement for pretty things, makes planning the most exciting time in a bride’s life fun and enjoyable. She has exceptional organizational skills; after all, she’s never met an office supply she didn’t like!
Sharing her skills, Sarah believes that events should be designed to leave guests feeling the event they have just attended was not only a wonderful experience, but highlighted the personalities of that couple.
When Sarah isn’t planning, she enjoys time in the sun, listening to music, organizing everything within her reach or cuddled up with her pet’s Emma and Bella watching a movie.
Her favorite moment of the day….”That 60 seconds I have with my bride and her father behind the closed doors of the pavilion. I fix her veil, ring the farm bell, and ask her is she is ready to get married…every emotion she could possibly have is painted across her face in that short moment.”
It was Allie’s junior year at Western Kentucky University, when she discovered her love for the wedding world. Majoring in Communication Studies and Event Planning, Allie easily connects with people, making this a perfect fit for her personality. From volunteering at local venues in Bowling Green, KY to working at a small town rental shop, her love became a passion very quickly.
Allie started out as one of our Day-of assistants here at MSF. After just one short year the joy she found in the job was so evident, we knew she had to be one of our planners. Her high energy and infectious smile, is sure to find you well throughout your planning process with her. She takes great pleasure in being able to take the stress off our clients and put it on her self.
When Allie isn’t planning a wedding, she enjoys playing games, kayaking, antiquing, eating sushi, and doing anything else that involves being with other people…she is the definition of a people person!
Her favorite moment of the day…”When the Bride and Groom are introduced into the reception and go straight into their first dance. All their guests are standing, their wedding party is surrounding them, and its like the two of them are the only one’s in the room. The love in that moment, tells so much about the couple. Whether choreographed moves, a simple sweet sway, or the laughter from singing to each other, it gets me every time!”
