Troy + Brianna :: 4.23.17

July 24, 2017

Here's another sweet wedding to feature from a late April soirée at the farm, complete with every detail captured by Jordan + Alaina. This wedding will make you forget that you are in Tennessee and instead give you the feeling of the English Countryside. Garden florals, draped linens and soft pastel hues all played into a day beautifully crafted by our team. For floral, Brianna wanted her bridal bouquet and all of the bridesmaids bouquets to be loose and airy with soft peach colors intertwined. For the Groomsmen, Troy wanted the boutonnieres to match the ladies but he wanted only white floral and styled greenery, leaving out the peach details, secured with a dark grey satin ribbon to match their suits.

 Meanwhile in the Grooms Loft..

When Brianna + Troy initially sat down with Kesha to start designing their day, they knew that they wanted the style and atmosphere of their wedding to feel casual, down to earth, and elegant. They were drawn to the farm for it's rustic appeal, wooden details, and natural ambiance. Brianna + Troy's color pallet consisted of mint and dusty rose with neutral undertones, so Kesha knew she had to create a cohesive feel from the ceremony pavilion that would flow seamlessly into the reception barn. Our white washed entry table greeted guests with simple pink tulips, a wooden palette for guests to sign-in, and the adorably country meets classic 'Heck Yes I Do' hanging sign. Our floral team used similar airy greenery from the bouquets to create the wreath that hung on the entry of the sliding barn doors, adding an elegant floral touch for cohesiveness. Our team placed lanterns down the aisle, with floral aisle markers for reserved seating on the pews, and our wooden cross was placed up close to their ceremony site.

For their reception decor and design, Brianna + Troy chose to fully embrace the rustic meets romantic vibe of our reception barn, using our custom crafted farmhouse tables, market street lighting, and antiqued centerpieces.

For the entry table, we thoughtfully placed engagement photos of the couple (fun fact: they took their engagement photos on the farm), a few floral arrangements placed in glass vases + wooden herb boxes, gilded golden candlesticks, and oak bark centerpieces for additional height on top of our khaki llentredeaux table linen.

Our farmhouse tables were adorned with wooden boxes and planks and farm style herb boxes, while oversized candles floated down the center creating romantic lighting. The centerpieces also included antique jewelry boxes, gold mint julep glasses for small floral, golden scallop votives, pressed glass vases, and the same khaki llentredeaux table linens. Brianna + Troy's sweetheart table was placed in between their bridal party tables, draped in a luxe bliss linen. For the cake table, Brianna chose a sandstone satin linen topped with a blissful overlay, and ivory linens for the buffet. For tabletop, they chose gold rimmed plates, vanessa style silverware, modern water + tea glasses, and light olive colored linen napkins. Market string lights were draped overhead, and a chiffon curtain was placed behind the sweetheart and bridal party tables. Their cake was placed on a wooden cake stand, enhanced with matching floral.
